2Health and Personal Responsibility

You are encouraged to communicate with us during any exercise, treatment or session and advise us immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness or any other concerning symptoms.
3Bookings and Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Moore Fitness and Health.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and booking information you provide is accurate.
Please arrive or be available at the agreed time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the session so that subsequent appointments are not affected. Where this occurs, the full session fee may still apply.
4Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Our cancellation requirements and any applicable cancellation fee will be communicated when you make your booking or as part of the relevant service or program conditions.
Where a cancellation fee applies, it will be reasonable having regard to the circumstances and applicable Australian consumer law.
If Moore Fitness and Health needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative time.
5Fees and Payments
Prices for services, programs, workshops or other offerings will be displayed on our website, booking system, registration page or otherwise communicated to you before purchase.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or registration.
Online payments may be processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider advised to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Any applicable fees, inclusions or payment arrangements will be explained as part of the relevant service or offer.
6Refunds
Refunds and remedies are provided in accordance with applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

8Workshop and Webinar Recordings

Where recording occurs, participants will be notified as appropriate.
Depending on the format of the session, participant names, voices, images, questions or contributions may be captured in the recording.
Where recordings are made available to participants following a workshop or webinar, access is for the participant's personal use unless otherwise stated.
Recordings must not be copied, shared, published, sold, distributed or made available to other people without the written permission of Moore Fitness and Health.
9Online and Recorded Content
Any online programs, videos, recordings, workbooks, downloads or other digital materials provided by Moore Fitness and Health are provided for personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Access may be provided for a specified period. Where an access period applies, this will be communicated when you purchase or register.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable internet access, equipment and software to access online services or digital materials.
10Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created and provided by Moore Fitness and Health remains the intellectual property of Moore Fitness and Health or the relevant copyright owner.
