Why does your neck feel tight? Why does your back ache? Why does a knee or shoulder keep becoming uncomfortable? Spend an afternoon with Tim Moore learning the mechanics behind it, and leave with movement strategies you can use the same week.
One session. Ten people. We are taking names now so the people on the list get first access before it goes public.

One session, ten people. When these are gone, they are gone. The workshop is hands-on from start to finish, so the group has to stay small.

You can stretch a tight neck for years without ever finding out why it keeps tightening. This workshop starts at the other end.
Why does your neck feel tight, no matter how much you stretch it?
Why does your back ache on some days and behave perfectly on others?
Why does a knee or a shoulder keep becoming uncomfortable, then settle, then start again?

We work through the body in two halves so it is easy to follow, then spend time on how the two talk to each other.
We split the body in two for learning. Your body has never worked that way, and a good part of the afternoon is spent on why the sore spot is often not where the problem started.
No advanced fitness or anatomy knowledge is required.
Practical education and guided movement, in a group of ten so there is time for you individually.
A recording of the workshop so you can revisit the education and the movements whenever you need to.
A printed and downloadable workshop guide covering the key information and movements.
Movements you can practise straight away and build into an ordinary week.
Direct time with Tim to ask about your own body and the principles behind what we are covering.
An email two weeks later with the movements again, and an open door if something is not making sense.
Tim has been coaching and training people since the age of 15, beginning with gymnastics and wrestling before moving into strength and conditioning. Today his experience spans personal training, group fitness, massage, kinesiology and health consulting.
His approach brings together movement, strength, mobility and body awareness to help people better understand how their bodies work. Tim is passionate about helping people work towards achievable goals, build confidence in their abilities and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Tim's massage is second to none, and this coupled with an intimate knowledge of the body's mechanics and anatomy helps find real solutions that actually work.
Tim's patience and ability to listen, research, and respond to my needs and concerns, and genuinely understand how my body works with its challenges, was something you could spend a lifetime trying to find.
He consistently put my needs first and I always found him open and approachable.
Tim is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Registration opens to this list 72 hours before it goes public. No payment now, and no obligation. We will simply email you when the seats go live.

No. The workshop is built for people who have never done anything like this. Everything is explained from the ground up and every movement has an easier version if you need one.
This is education, not treatment, and we would not want to promise you a fix. What you get is a much better understanding of what is happening and a set of practical things to try. Plenty of people find real relief from that. If something needs hands-on attention or a medical opinion, Tim will say so.
Because the workshop is hands-on from start to finish. Ten is the largest group where Tim can still get to everyone individually and correct what he sees. It is a deliberate limit rather than a marketing one, which is also why seats do run out.
Register your interest anyway and we will let you know as soon as the next one is scheduled. If demand goes past ten we will look at opening a second session on Sunday 18 October, and the people on the list hear about it first.
Let us know at least seven days before and we will move you to the next workshop or refund you in full. Inside seven days we will still move you across to the next date, and you keep the recording and the guide either way. These are the specific conditions referred to in our Terms & Conditions. [CONFIRM THIS POLICY WITH TIM]
No. This is an educational workshop rather than a clinical treatment, so it is not claimable on private health insurance. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out afterwards.
Included. Everyone who attends gets the recording and the take-home guide, so the afternoon does not disappear the moment you walk out. It is yours for your own use, and it stays available for [ACCESS PERIOD].
We record the workshop so everyone can revisit it afterwards, which means voices, questions and sometimes faces are captured. Tim will say so at the start, and if you would rather not appear you can sit to one side and nothing changes about your afternoon.
Very likely yes, and please tell us about it when you register so Tim knows before the day. The workshop does not replace advice from your doctor, physio or specialist, and where something needs their input we will say so rather than work around them.
Registration opens to this list 72 hours before anyone else sees it. Add your name and we will be in touch when it goes live.
